What is IML (In Mould Labbeling)?
in Mould Labbeling is a process to apply printed labels in plastic molded parts.
In a in-mold labbeling process, a label is placed, with the mould open, in the desired position using an electrostatic charge, vacumm process or any other processed. The mould than closes and the plastic resin is injected, combining perfectly with the IML label.
The potencial of IML is gigantic and can be used with the most various of objects, since gardin furniture, plastic toys, food trays, containers, etcetera.

IML in Ridape
From several years now, we develop and produce IML labels in PP (polypropylene) for several aplicacions. Using a label with a thickness between 200 and 300 microns that suits the better to our clients needs.
They are printed with last genaration UV inks and the work is carefuly prepared from pre-print to finish.
